Team
Invite teammates to your organization for free, choose their role, and manage who can see and change what.
Overview
Your agents work for the whole business, so your team should be able to work with them. Invite as many teammates as you like — team members are free — and give each a role.
What you can do
Bring colleagues into the same organization, decide who administers it, and remove people when they leave.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything: every department in the organization, organization settings, team, billing, usage, audit, and API keys. |
| Member | Work in the departments they created — hire agents, chat, change employee settings, upload files. In Settings → Organization, members only see who is on the team. They can't invite, change roles, remove people, edit organization details, or open Billing, Usage, Audit, or API keys. |
The person who creates the organization is its first admin. Make at least one other person an admin so the organization isn't dependent on a single account.
Invite a teammate
Open your avatar menu and click Settings, then Organization in the sidebar. (Only admins can invite.)
Click Invite. In the Invite a teammate dialog, enter their Email and pick a Role — Member or Admin.
Send. They get an email with a link to join; until they accept, they're listed under invitations as pending.
To cancel a pending invitation, open its menu and choose Revoke.
Opereo is currently invite-only for new accounts. Organization invitations still work: a teammate who accepts your invitation can create their account from the link.
Change a role or remove someone
In Settings → Organization, find the person under members:
- Use the role dropdown to switch between Admin and Member.
- Open their menu and choose Remove to take them out of the organization. Their departments and agents stay; an admin can still reach them.
Organization details
The top of the Organization page holds the company itself:
- Logo — JPG or PNG up to 2 MB; square renders best.
- Name — shown in the sidebar and on invitations.
- Slug — the short name used in web addresses.
Click Save changes after editing.
Invite friends to Opereo
Separate from your team: while Opereo is invite-only, your account has a personal invitation link. Open your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Invite friends to copy the link, see how many friends have joined, and check your remaining invitations. The sidebar invite box shows the same progress. Friends who sign up with your link skip the waitlist and create their own organization — to bring someone into your company, use the team invitation above.
Your welcome page also has a founding-member card ready to share. Use Copy image to paste it into a post, or Download PNG to attach it. Post on X opens a prepared caption with your personal link while invitations are available; paste or attach the card before posting. Copy caption is available for other apps. The personal link also has an image preview on supported social platforms.
When referral rewards are available on your account, the dialog also shows your milestones and earned trial time: five completed signups earn 30 extra days, and ten earn 60 extra days in total, added to your original eligible trial. Pending signups are shown separately. See Invite rewards for eligibility.
